After an extensive exploration of Italy, we have concluded that Le Marche is the most attractive region for us to stay in.
Located on the east coast of Italy, Le Marche is often overlooked by tourists in search of Italian charm. But this region has a lot to offer for those willing to look beyond.
One of the most striking features of Le Marche is its diverse landscape. Here, you’ll find breathtaking coastlines with pristine beaches and picturesque fishing villages. The inland is characterized by scenic hills and mountains, where you can take endless walks and enjoy the tranquility and serenity of the countryside.

We live in Le Marche, and over the years both friends and guests fell in love with the region and asked us if we knew of any houses for sale. The local population also approached us, asking if we knew potential buyers for their land or houses. This led to the idea of connecting both parties, and that’s why we decided to start our real estate consulting firm, “The House Consulting.”
We mainly focus on building houses that meet modern requirements and comfort while preserving the appearance of traditional Italian houses. Building such houses that meet modern requirements and comfort but retain the charm and aesthetics of traditional Italian houses requires careful planning and craftsmanship. We collaborate with professionals experienced in both traditional architecture and modern construction techniques to achieve the desired result.
