Everyone is free to directly contact a real estate agent. However, once you make contact with an agent about a specific house, you owe that agent a commission, even if you buy that house through someone else. Keep this in mind.

The House Consulting personally assists you or through virtual channels during property viewings and aids in negotiating the best possible purchase price.
We arrange for a legally correct offer or preliminary purchase contract with clauses to protect the buyer, in collaboration with a local law firm and/or the real estate agent.
We can organize a technical inspection of the property by an expert on your behalf.
Finally, we assist you at the notary for the final purchase.”
